1. Washing your face

It seems to be very convenient to wash your face when you are in the shower, but it’s really not good for your face. Most people shower under hot water and it’s usually a much higher temperature than the water you’d use to wash your face. The facial skin is very sensitive so it’s better to use lukewarm water so as not to harm your face. cool stuff, cool stuff

2. Not washing your feet

It probably seems that washing the feet is totally unnecessary because you are standing right in the water during the shower. The problem with this misconception is that wet doesn’t automatically mean clean. Our feet get into contact with all sort of stuff when we walk and they sweat too. They do a big job for us so bend down and give them a good wash — they deserve it.
